Objectives, activities and expected / achieved results
CREFAR is a 55-year-old company in the distribution of pharmaceutical and veterinary products. The project in question, with the creation of 5 different brand websites, is part of an adaptation of CREFAR's business to the needs of consumers today, who choose the convenience of home delivery of these products. This need was exacerbated by the appearance of COVID-19, and the pandemic period, with temporary confinements, where people want to have the same access at home, as they would have if they left it. This project implies a reformulation of CREFAR's business practices with changes in the product's billing and distribution process chain. The main expected result is to increase the access of the Portuguese population to CREFAR products without leaving their homes. In 2020, we moved 1000 units of our products via these 5 websites and we expect to increase the volume with the increase in their promotion.
